We will require the hair to be paid for before we deliver.
There will be a $19.99 fee for this service.
Drop off service is not available during inclement weather.

Orders will only be processed Monday - Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm (EST).
Any orders received after 3:00pm will be processed the following business day.

We will only accept exchange requests made within 7 days of purchasing the hair.
Hair must meet the criteria below:
Contact us within 7 days of purchase to initiate exchange request.
Hair can NOT have been installed, colored, cut or altered in any manner.
Hair must be in its original bundle and not be untied.
Hair must be in its original packaging.
Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.
Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be granted.
