For residents that live within 10 miles of the Boston and Worcester area we offer a drop off service for our products to better serve our customers.
We will require the hair to be paid for before we deliver.
There will be a $19.99 fee for this service.
Drop off service is not available during inclement weather.

Need to know shipping Information?
We will be using United States Postal Service Priority Shipping as our shipping method. Please allow 4-10 business days for shipment to arrive. Orders will only be processed Monday - Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm (EST). Any orders received after 3:00pm will be processed the following business day. If you need immediate service and live in the Worcester and or Boston area we recommend that you take advantage of our drop-off service.
Want to know about our Exchange and Return policy?
We will only accept exchange requests made within 7 days of purchasing the hair and must meet the criteria below:
Contact us within 7 days of purchase to initiate exchange request.
Hair can NOT have been installed, colored, cut or altered in any manner.
Hair must be in its original bundle and not be untied.
Hair must be in its original packaging.
Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.
Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be granted.
Refunds are not permitted!
